There was no specific theme in mind when I wrote these songs, it's really a collage of different songs/music - with a wide variety in genres and messages all in one album. I chose ADONAI as the title because I love all the names of "God", and what could be a better name for a collection of spiritual songs than one of God's names? * note - Adonai is a Hebrew word that translates as "Lord" or "Lord Master" - from it's derivation "sovereignty".
My hope is that the songs on this album cause listeners to examine their relationship with God, and prepare for the days of darkness that are coming... Not to end on a gloomy note - those who surrender their lives to Jesus Christ will find refuge and peace that the world cannot give... Heaven awaits all who follow Christ to the end. Amen
