Those who see you will gaze at you
And consider you saying
Is this the one who made the earth tremble
Who shook the Kingdoms

Who made the world as a wilderness
And destroyed cities
You who did not open the house of his prisoners?

Can you see it? This - This is the mystery of iniquity

There’s a spiritual war all around us
An invisble world natural eyes cannot see
A struggle against good and evil, light against the darkness
All for the souls of all humanity

Yeah there’s a battle in the heavens-angels fighting demons
There’s a war in the earth
The spirit of antichrist has bruised our Lord’s heel
But there on the cross, the promised seed of the woman
Crushed the serpent’s head!

So there in the garden we see the temptation and fall of man
Now the serpent was more cunning - than any beast God had made
And he said to the woman - “Has God said you shall not eat of the tree of the garden?”
And the woman said, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden.”
But the tree of the knowledge of good & evil - you shall not eat!
God said you shall not eat it or touch it - or you will die!

Then the serpent said to Eve- “You will not surely die
For God knows in the day you eat of it - your eyes will be opened
And you will be like God - knowing good & evil.
So the woman saw the tree was good for food
And pleasant to the eyes, and desirable to make one wise

Both Adam & Eve ate the forbidden fruit, and their eyes were opened
They knew they were naked, they covered their nakeness
And hid from the presence of God
This my friends is the mystery - The mystery of iniquity

The son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself
Above all that is called God or that is worshiped

So that he sits as God in the holy place
And there he will proclaim himself - to be God
All who dwell on the earth will worship him
Whose names have not been written in the Book of Life
Slain from the foundation of the world

The coming of the antichrist is with all power, signs & lying wonders
Who will deceive those who perish
Because they did not receive the love of the truth
That they might be saved...
